Recruited me as a developer but from first day i was working on prod support . Without any kt and domain knowledge they deployed me on client site to resolve prod issues . This is their work culture. One person is deployed on 4 5 banks to support . You need to work 12-15 hrs daily and sometimes you cant go home till next morning. Client will call you in midnight. Sometimes they ask to report at 5am in morning on client site. Every month 10-15 person resign. Location is in midc,rabale. 20 min walking from rabale station. No transport is there. They provide free lunch but it is very tasteless and unhealthy. You cant take it more than 5 days.
