Great people work here. You get to come to work and talk golf with a bunch of fun loving golf enthusiasts. The leadership team is very approachable.

Cons

It is a small to mid sized company so moving up in the organization can take time. However, if you are a true talent it is likely to be given leadership roles. As the company grows this will continue to evolve.
