Pros

They occasionally hire food trucks on holidays. Pay and benefits decent.

Cons

For the Credit Strong division of the bank: -Lack of communication and efficiency between departments -unreasonable leave policy: get sick and need to see a doctor, or need to look after a sick child home from school? Since you didn't put in your leave request 2 weeks ago, that's a point counted towards your job termination. -nepotism: even senior agents were passed up for promotion opportunities that were never posted, so that board members could hire their own children. Is it coincidental that all of the nepotism participants are white and the senior agents are people of color? -HR: if you have a problem, they'll address it, but their personal advice is to handle it yourself in the future, even if it might be unsafe to do so. -Disabilities not welcome: if any sort of helpful actions aren't explicitly listed in a reasonable accommodation form, they go out of their way NOT to help you. Hoping you'll eventually quit if they make the job hard enough? -"stress relief": difficult customer and want to voice your thoughts with coworker for support? No. Absolutely no kind of negative talk allowed in the office. Color sheets and colored pencils have been provided instead. And just wait till you get your coloring page displayed on the office wall, your mom will be so proud! -constant negative feedback, as the program is poorly designed for some of the plans. It doesn't help that chats and phone lines will be closed without notice for "team building exercises", leaving calls and chats unanswered. What team building exercises, you may ask? At one point, the supervisors held a mock "Hot Ones" interview. As strange as it may sound, not all of us interested in watching our supervisors interview each other while eating habanero peppers, which was not beneficial for the team OR the customers.

Pros

If you're a good ol' Texas resident soaked in "traditional" values and Tesla stock then you'll probably get along with these people

Cons

All of my other reviews were deleted because I was so honest, but my largest regret was signing an NDA, so I couldn't go after them when my employment ended. The founder sets people up to fail, and the rest of the exec team just does whatever he says to keep their jobs.
