      Pros

      PTO Is the best. 2 weeks at Christmas, a week at Spring break. 3days at Thanksgiving. Starting minimum wage of 13/hr. Great opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Upper leadership is clueless of what is going on with employees. Never sees the writing on the wall.

      Demanding schedules. Administration doesn't communicate well, and budget cuts make the job harder.
