Pros

Some stipends $1000 for SPED and $1000 for Masters. Opportunity for upward mobility and we serve ALL kids so you learn to educate a great variety of needs.

Cons

Pay increases are slow and more and more responsibilities piled on year by year. Lots of paperwork and inconsistencies with how to do certain things in paperwork or requirements for trainings.
