      Get to work with a lot good young adults Faculty is great

      Cons

      Salary is poor, for the work teachers do during the school year. It's 50 hour week or more job.

      Decent pay and good PTO.

      Demanding schedules. Administration doesn't communicate well, and budget cuts make the job harder.
