Pros
Working with the students is wonderful, personal and sick days in addition to the student/staff holidays are wonderful and the insurance is also ok.
Cons
The amount of required reports and number of tests are just plain ridiculous. Let teachers teach more and not spend so much time in meeting and reviewing data.
