      The children were lovely and ready to learn.

      Cons

      I did not have enough staff to meet the children's IEP needs. I asked for help and none came. The children did not get the services they needed.

      Decent pay and good PTO.

      Demanding schedules. Administration doesn't communicate well, and budget cuts make the job harder.
