Pros
Austin provided a wide arrange of opportunities to make advancement.The atmosphere was great and the employees pretty much was invisible during the day but was always visible for company functions.
Cons
Management was a bit unstable and was always working against one another making work difficult. Senior management was a bit under a power trip but his influence wasn't a factor with the overall job at hand.
