Pros
Everyone in the food service division is on the same mission. Feed the kids. Being a part of a non profit was wonderful
Cons
Pay makes no sense. They “loan” you money for your checks and time for vacation. Using your time is counted against your checks if you use it at the wrong time. If you get hired here, make sure you read the entire pay scale information. No one understands it, not even the people who are in charge of managing it
