Understaffed, Unqualified Staff - Special Education Teacher, Elementary School Austin ISD Employee Review

Most staff at this school were unqualified. There was no real way to help support. During a review with assistant teachers, I was told, "We always give everyone all 5s" (the most someone can score and they redid my reviews for my staff). The whole SPED department had no structure. At a staff Christmas party, on a boat, made comments about my bathing suit not being appropriate, while everyone else was in a similar style as well.
