Pros
1. I liked my principal and I got to do a lot of groups. 2. The district counseling staff in 2020-21 gave us very good professional learning.
Cons
The caseload was really high and the needs are too high to sustain. Suicide attempts, drug use and sexual harassment were happening on a weekly basis. My friends at other schools had to focus on testing and so I worry about the kids.
