Pros

Good pay and benefits. Somewhat of a family friendly environment. Overall good and fun place to work.

Cons

Favoritism and very fast paced. Schedule can often be very hectic (heavy travell and long days). Limited room for growth since its smaller/private company.

Hi there, thank you for the review! We aren't sure about the favoritism concern - maybe shoot us some details privately? You can contact our HR Director because we'd love to respond to that concern. Regarding travel and long days - our technicians/scribes/imagers do travel 1-3 days per week (2 is typical) in the region (1-2 hours away - paid travel time) and those are early mornings for sure and the days can sometimes be long. We try to make up for that with best-in-class total compensation and company culture. But we never stop getting better in those areas. We are also working to establish a clearer path for growth in our jobs, but we have offered competitive pay, opportunities to become leaders and trainers, and all of our operational managers were hired from within the company.

Pros

Amazing co-workers and physicians. Beautiful offices, PTO accrual is at a good rate. good growth and skills learned in all departments. Regional aspect makes it better for work-life balance. Remote positions available(after experience).

Cons

Extremely short staffed to where people are burnt out. Not much acknowledgement to burn out. Being told they are making changes to make it better for employees, but making it more difficult. Being told we are heard, which may be true, but are not understood. Plans to rely on AI for working models to cut cost. Increasing physician count and patient count while reducing staff or keeping it the same, spreading current staff thinner. due to burn out, many people are quitting. high turnover rate.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with your coworkers, physicians, and overall work environment. We also recognize the concerns you raised around staffing, workload, and burnout. We understand the impact this could have on our teams and are actively working to improve staffing levels, workflows, and overall support. Your feedback that employees feel heard but not always understood is especially important, and we are focusing on more direct engagement and follow-through. As we continue to grow, our goal is to support our teams—not stretch them too thin. We appreciate your honesty and will continue working toward meaningful improvements.
