It's a job, right? And if you're unemployed, you must accept the position or you lose your unemployment. Only after you accept does the torture begin.
Cons
Treated like crap, they love to haze people. I was more experienced than anyone else in my department, but was treated like an idiot. They threatened to dock my pay when they made a bad legal decision that I warned them about. I have heard from others that worked there that their pay WAS docked for this kind of thing, which is ILLEGAL. They also insist you work overtime FOR FREE, which is also ILLEGAL. Does the NYS Department of Labor know about this? The MOST unprofessional company I've ever worked for. It's like being on Survivor, without the $1 million payout. And you volunteer to be on Survivor. If they offer you a job, RUN AWAY!!!!
