The willingness to "take charge" of the day and to take full ownership of your work responsibilities and deliverables is absolutely a cornerstone of our business. The expectation for forward motion and progress is undeniable, and it can be challenging for some people. ABG has been flexible in working with employees during the pandemic. Our office reopened in August 2020 with a thorough, well-planned safety plan that complies with guidelines issued by both the Centers for Disease Control, the State of New York, and New York City. We've assured social distancing, continuous cleaning and disinfection throughout the workday, execute a daily health management program, and work one-on-one with employees when there are concerns.
