Pros

If you're a family member/close friend/famous or maybe in Sales, you'll have it made, this is the place for you. Some people are great human beings and don't deserve the torture that is ABG. The CFO is a great guy

Cons

Where to begin??? One of the main leadership team members dresses like what he believes a hip 20 year old would dress like and thinks he's the coolest guy in the room, constantly looking down at everyone. It's embarrassing the way top management are grown men who love to brag about which celebrities they've met - news flash, no one cares. Nepotism is the name of the game at ABG - prime example, the family gets great salaries and roles easily and then get promoted twice a year. The only reason the company won't go public is that would destroy their ability to give all the money to the family and mistreat the other employees. The HR team is horrible and only cares about making management happy. We had two great HR people who actually cared about the employees but one got laid off and then the other left a month later. RIP to the HR team since then. One time, we filled out a culture survey and obviously everyone said it's terrible here. Top management's only reaction was "if they don't like it here, they can just quit". If you're a woman or a person of color (or both) then for your mental health, please get out of there. Upper management is a gross mixture of racist and sexist. I'm sure you're reading some of these thinking "these are probably disgruntled employees" but look at the sheer volume - at a point, it's just a whole lot of truth. Things won't change unless management realizes they're the problem.
