Pros
1. Office is close to many subway lines (good as long as you don't get shot at, attacked with a hammer, or pushed in front of a subway during your commute) 2. If you are a child/relative of a former professional hockey player or other professional sports player, you will have many perks. 3. If your father is friends with an ABG exec (like the CEO or CFO etc) you will have many perks also.
Cons
Foul-mouthed executives, excessive nepotism, negative energy, toxic culture, HR is not your friend (hope you don't learn this the hard way).
