They think they own you. They have no qualms about calling any time of the day or night for matters that are sometimes very insignificant. No one in the company makes money except for the President and the CEO and their respective families who all work there at seriously inflated salaries. The general employees however rarely get raises and are mistreated. There is no HR department and if you have a grievance of any kind you have to take it to the COO who is also the in-house counsel but who also doesn't even really work for the company. She is of absolutely no help and is in fact probably one of the biggest abusers in the company.
