Pros
-small company, meant that your work felt like it mattered more. - monthly social gatherings kept me sane and made me feel like I was actually apart of a working team. -flexible with your schedule -drive time reimbursement -work tablet , uses Catalyst to collect data, sign-off -Charles Rhee , the director cared about my career progress - I was able to buy toys and get them reimbursed .
Cons
-at time miscommunication on cancellations , going to client's house and hearing that session was cancelled last minute; still got compensated for the drive-time. Scheduling team was one person, but communication was alright. -BCBAs were overworked, seemed burnt-out - hired full-time, acquired unusual hours after summer vacation and into school time, average hours per week went 15-18 hours. To obtain a bit more hours, I worked in office doing admin things? -I had to clock in my hours through Google Forms, it was a bit tedious .
