The training is sped through and if you are going to school while working part time here or start working fulltime you will barely have time to go on share point. The managers are not all on the same page a vast majority of the time, especially the BCBAs which you barely ever see. From one manager you will have their way of doing things and vice versa with a different manager. The managers with seniority don't seem to be as on top of things and following all of company protocols and work ethics as much as the younger managers. I felt completely in the dark with a senior manager on one case and overly supported on a different less severe case with a manager who wasn't a manager for more than six months. There is definitely not enough parent training and its as if the higher ups expect BTs to fill in for that aspect when thats the managers job. This however is something you will face with many ABA companies no matter where you go.
