Cons
-Punitive. Administration is highly punitive. For a company who's all about positive reinforcement they tend to lack in this area. Admin can be defined as bullies -Laughable raise opportunities. Don't expect a raise of more than $0.15. I'm serious. Whatever your starting pay is will be your pay for a very very very very very long time. They're not big on giving actual raises to BIs. Sups get bonuses. -Poor Advancement. The only advancement a BI has is as a supervisor and supervisors complain all the time about their jobs, so that's not motivating. No other opportunities currently exist. -Office Dynamics. Supervisors routinely speak negatively about their BIs when working in the office, while other BIs are in the office.
