Pros
Company is financially sound and has a good benefit package. They are in a niche industry which is stable in good and bad economies. The people in the branches are great to work with. In spite of some management decisions the people help each other out. The company is trying to make the work environment safer.
Cons
Management is only concerned with sales made that day. They do not care about building business relationships focusing on long term growth and sales. The attitude seems to be if you are not a fast enough race horse they will kick you to the side and find another one.
