Lots of hours working say good bye to your family life.
Lots of corporate politics and what seems like pre scripted corporate talk with Managers.
Old buggy technology.
Big clumsy inefficient trucks they make you work out of.
Lack of trust or respect to the service staff, " they preach that were a family but honestly I've worked in many jobs and this is the least family feeling job I've worked at. Your either in the family circle or your just a servant to the family, no middle ground."
On call sucks. however I know this is not specific to this company.
If you take vacation expect to come back and have to do everything that was on route for the days you were off, on top of what's scheduled.
