Pros
large territory, did not micromanage. Car provided, gas card, antique cell phone. Monday through Friday position. Flexible in setting the price for services to customers. Generally provide good customer service but has competition from Ecolab and others in their markets.
Cons
No feed back from sales manager. Fired me with no warning, no prior write ups. Total blindside. They used to be a good value compared to the competition, but the other companies have caught up. Now they are becoming the higher priced option. Also, some of the "glowing reviews" from "current employees" may have been written by HR.
