You can work hours to get paid your hourly wage. The more hours you work the more your wage is.... duh.
Cons
Horrible work life balance no matter what they tell you. The upper management is a boys club for misfits and friends. Nobody has a clue how to run the company. The branch managers are all looking for the next move so they will never be trustworthy. The owners talk about donating 50 million to their college but use outdated computer systems. Windows 7 was just upgraded this year from windows 98. On call will ruin your family life and mental disposition. You will never get a raise. No really, never. They will tell you, you can sell more hand to get more money. Literally. You will sell your soul and lie to customers to get them to sign these bs contracts for 5 years called a "service agreement".
