Pros
Branch dependent, but overall solid comradery between coworkers. The company does a good job of screening people at the hiring process to make sure they hire quality individuals. This makes it easier to get along with coworkers and get work done. Opportunities for growth within the company consistently pop up. The company prefers to hire from within. Benefits are solid and the company profit sharing, which beats a 401k match is pretty legit.
Cons
The coffee sucks, On call can be a drag and keep you a little anxious when things are busy. It can also be rough when you are starting out, but gets easier with experience.
