Easy Entry level type of sales Job but with lucrative opportunity relative to the amount of work. Easy going and great talented people that stays in the company for a long time. Profit sharing and 401k along with the best savings program. Car and Cell phone provided.
Cons
Lacks structure. Lacks growth potential if you are a successful salesperson. Lacks transparency between upper management and middle management which affects morales on individual branches. Caps on Commission. Lacks Training and must be figured out on an individual basis. Success is measured depending on how much you end up figuring out on your own and taking actions on your own. No product training at all. Low base pay compared to other similar jobs.
