Lack of knowledgable people - Service Specialist Auto-Chlor System Employee Review

Long hours, and employee turnover. It was rare to see someone last more than 6 months. We had delivery drivers not service technicians. I had to go behind drivers and do repairs that where extremely simple because they didn't "know" how to fix the problem. These problems where almost always elementary in the way of difficulty. Usually it was basic wiring issues, but sometimes the supervisors couldn't test chemical levels properly. I'd never use AutoChlor of Denver, but I'd give them a chance in other venues.
