Pros
Sounds business model, owner has a presence and is hands on with employees. They offer profit sharing which is greta for those people who stick around for the long haul.
Cons
Based on the 24/7 customer service available to customer, there are unpredictable hours because those "24/7" employees are all the same people. That is, you might start at 6am, be ready to go home at 5pm, and then you get an emergency call that you have to handle. You never know how long that may take.
