Not a lot of management hovering over you. Given lots of responsibility and freedom to make your own choices. Great team feel and comradery.
Cons
The basic system of Auto-Chlor is built around 24 hour, constant labor. Nothing has been technologically updated to help the drivers and managers. Couple this with chronic underpaying of employees leads to constant turn over. Then the customer complaints begin. It's an endless cycle that the owners of Auto-Chlor are doing absolutely nothing to fix long term. You feel just absolutely mentally and emotionally drained working here.
