The people are decent here, and the work itself is relatively easy.

Cons

Not very rewarding, and the pay is lower than i would like for the amount of crap i have to deal with.

Base is very good. Great management Excellent inventory Honestly one of the best auto group to work for especially if you’re new to the industry

Cons

Long hours, but that is simply part of sales Only real Con I would say is if you’re a veteran auto sales it is different sales process than you will be used to.
