Fun group of people to work with and most of the managers are cool and easy to work with. Free lunch on Saturdays.
Cons
Long hours and monotonous work. They fill you with hope that you will eventually move up in the company but nobody ever does, and if they do, it’s not an actual promotion, they just give you a new title with the same job functions. There is absolutely no chance of moving up in that company unless you have friends or family that have worked in the company for years. You could do be tops in sales/be an ace at your job every single day for years and never get promoted. Salary is low and they hire young people right out of school to pay them peanuts until they find they are smart enough to find something better. They will say they don’t have more money to give you but upper management gets $100,000 Lexus to drive around in.
