Pros
I enjoy my coworkers, and I like management as people, just not as managers.
Cons
No work/life balance whatsoever. Expect to not see your family if you’re working for this company. What they pay doesn’t justify the amount of hours that you’ll work and the amount of responsibilities you’ll have. Constantly adding responsibilities, changing rules, procedures, etc. But the biggest thing is the work/life balance. I think they justify it by saying “well other places do it” but that doesn’t make it right. Expect to have appointments scheduled for the time you are supposed to leave. No room to grow. Store Manager is racist at my location. Ridiculous expectations.
