Pros
They have great benefits and a pension which is a huge plus. It's very stable, they've never had a layoff in the history of the company. They also have offices in several different states. There is a lot of opportunity to move up.
Cons
The salary is low in comparison to other companies. The office environment is pretty conservative and you have to dress professionally every day (a little rare these days). The work load is generally more than you would have at other companies. Headquarters is in Lansing, MI, so if you want to move up far, you have to live there, obviously.
