Pros
Consistent. Fair. Supports education. Excellent training program. Pay raises and bonus are not goal based. Co-workers have friend/family type relationships. Technology is actually pretty good. There are opportunities in 20+ stated.
Cons
Offices are restricted to less desirable parts of the states. Pay is less than the industry. Not much room for advancement. Most positions are lateral in pay. Experienced associates hit a career wall. More professional dress code than other carriers. Management knows, but doesn’t take action to rectify the negative people in the office. Office environment can be clique’y Men are taken more seriously.
