Pros

-Bonuses/pension/benefits are excellent -Core Values are not only preached, but lived out (for the most part) -opportunity to advance if you’re willing to move to HO -coworkers are good people that want to do well in their jobs -management can make or break you, but a good manager is fantastic to work for -most managers want to see their employees succeed in their careers

Cons

-Low salary for the industry -work load is literally not possible (depending on location, some branches apparently aren’t that busy) -extremely high expectations, no understanding of quality v quantity or work/life balance -expectation to be married to the company first if you want to go into upper management

Pros

Amazing people. Amazing atmosphere. Amazing milieu. I love my internship and i am getting paid pretty well for an intern.

Cons

I am in claims so it is pretty redundant in tasks even though no claim is the same.

Pros

There is a lot left to be desired, the primary "Pro" would be co- workers

Cons

In my opinion, AO is short sighted and concerned only for the higher ups. Departments are forced to be silo-ed and have built a culture that even walking into a another area of the same floor makes you feel out of place. Decisions are made from a top down perspective, meaning they are worried about their bottom dollar instead of what is in the best interest of everyone. The front line workers receive a low salary and a cap on profit sharing of 15% while managers get 2x that amount, with the higher you climb the bigger the bonus. Employees are seen as disposable and are treated as such.
