Cons
very rigid and mundane atmosphere. very outdated corporate style of thought with no motivation or compensation to perform better. aggressively hiring young people to train as the total package is very under compensating relative to the industry. upper management is company promoted (normally a good thing) but very biased if not chugging the kool aid. talks about the team and being a fortune 500 company all the time but very unwilling to back it up or compensate the real workers driving the machine. many “lifers” that are comfortable not making progress and just abusing the system with as little work as possible (bred by the attitude and non motivational compensation techniques). no repercussions for milking the system or not doing your share of work/job.
