The company environment is such where employees across departments support one another and is a welcoming place to work. Positive employee attitudes definitely translate to effective customer service. Interns also gain exposure to most different company functions, depending on where in the United States you are.
Cons
Can't think of many, just that experiences may differ depending on which office you work for as not all managers are created equal.
