Pros
- The training is ample. - Time off is easy to schedule and no one impedes you. - Paid holidays are nice. - Coworkers are all friendly. - The expectations are low.
Cons
- Promotions are based on who can truckle the most, not actually who does the best job. - Incompetent people are promoted to management (see first point above). - They try to indoctrinate you in the "A-O way". - Base Salary is waaaaaaaaay too low compared to the industry (to be fair, they are one of the only companies with paid benefits, retirement, pension, Christmas bonus, and Profit Sharing). - Promotions usually only mean a 3% - 4% raise. - The place is unusually extremely biased toward women (like most women here get a 7% raise from what I hear, while men usually get a 2% annual raise). - Management always tells you what you want to hear, but they never act on it. - Management is not supportive of their employees.
