Associates said they were unhappy because they were underpaid, but the miserable people never left. Salary improved, those who were miserable, stayed miserable and seem to feast on trying to bring others down. There is a culture against firing, but there are MANY who should go. A few years ago, there was an executive tour and everyone was told, "if you aren't happy, leave," but no one did. Solid good old boys club, not bad work if you can get it, but unless you have serious * kissing skills or family connections, it's not likely. Micro management for everyone one, it's not just the little people, those above you are on puppet strings too.
