Employee retention is a huge concern. It’s making new hires nervous. Pay employees more and show them respect. We’ve been told if you don’t like something here then leave. Not a very good motto for branch management to have as we the employees do want this company to succeed since our profit sharing bonus depends on it. Time for upper mgmt to listen to employee feedback.
The WFH program is based on if your manager likes you. Need more time to work from home.
Be a leader and offer full maternity leave. Don’t worry about other companies, and be the leader.
