Great Team Atmosphere-Out of Touch Management - Claim Representative Auto-Owners Insurance Employee Review

This is an old boys club with expectations of near silence on the floor and completely out of touch with the needs of individual adjusters. From the very beginning it was obvious that our manager was putting duties onto his supervisor and he knew absolutely nothing about how our team operated, held onto feedback until an annual review rather than discuss it in a timely manner and the staff tiptoed around other teams in case negative feedback got back to him.
