      Pros

      AO has so much to offer. Flex spending account, pension you don't contribute to (vested after 5yrs), 401k match, etc. Family oriented company.

      Cons

      One of the lowest paying companies in insurance. Not all management is supportive and understanding.

      Pros

      Amazing people. Amazing atmosphere. Amazing milieu. I love my internship and i am getting paid pretty well for an intern.

      Cons

      I am in claims so it is pretty redundant in tasks even though no claim is the same.
