-2 to 3% raises with no cost of living

-They promote people who don't deserve it.
-Work from home being taken away
-Opportunities only for those who don't deserve it.
-Make it so all positions can work remotely from another branch!! It's not fair that the same jobs under different managers allow it and some don't. It should be across the board.
-Low morale among employees due to low pay, not much for raises nor cost of living increases even though we are a multi billion dollar company!
