No advancement, bad benefits, - Automotive Service Manager Auto Spa Etc Employee Review

No advancement, bad benefits, low pay and excessive hours expected from salary employees without paying overtime. Sales in shop doubled when I was there and got none of the commissions promised. Bad company. Some great employees there but the upper management and owner makes it harder to get anything done and want to finger point at each other more than work. They have many outstanding bills with parts suppliers and cant get hardly any parts anymore because of it. The owner has no problems not paying bills dont know how the lights are on.
