Unorganized. Employer does not care about any of the employees. Turn over rate is extremely high for management. Lot of work, obligation, and hounding from the owner for very low pay. They find reasons not to award a quota that has been met. Rarely rewards exceptional work. Line workers seem to do as they please. No accountability. HR is extremely unprofessional. Hours can and will be cut at any time.
