Pros
This is my first startup and it has been a great experience so far. 1 - Management: It is a flat organization and you have direct access to the CEO and the management team which makes it very easy to communicate any ideas or concerns if any. Also, the management understands that the success of the company heavily relies on building a strong team with a strong culture and therefore care deeply about their employees. 2- Colleagues: People are very nice and everyone in the company is very active and hard working. 3- Work-life balance: Flexible work hours with opportunities to work from home if needed. The rest depends on each individual's mindset. 4- Work environment: It is a very fast paced environment, priorities can change quickly and you need to adapt to the changes as well, this makes it the very opposite of boring. From an engineering perspective, there is no shortage of problems to solve, there is always something new and it is very exciting. 5- Benefits: 401K match, pretty good health insurance and good PTO.
