Pros
The pay is great plus there is plenty of overtime available most weeks. There is a 12 point system so you wont get scolded for calling in, but you will get warnings if you get too many because you are terminated immediately at 12 points. There are really good benefits regarding insurance plans, pto, and 401k.
Cons
It is extremely demanding both physically and mentally. When you get off work you will be extremely sore and by the time you recover itll be time to go back to work. Even more so if you pull oil. They also expect you to meet sometimes unfair production standards with write ups as a punishment for not meeting them. So if you are older or out of shape this may not be for you. 3 write ups and you are fired (at least thats what they say.) My entire time working there I've never seen anyone get fired for production, but they will certainly make you feel like garbage if you cant keep up. There is also lota of mandatory overtime and you won't always learn about it until the last moment sometimes. The last issue I have is the heat in the summer. It gets so humid in there the boxes will fall apart while you handle them and you'll experience heat rivalling death valley. The building traps heat and itll be much hotter inside than outside.
