Cons
-Home office employees treat store managers and assistant managers as if they are their bosses and are regularly rude to management. -You are never right. One manager will praise you for a decision and 5 minutes later another (district manager or higher) will tell you it was a bad decision. Even when they have no other reason than "It just is". -Not enough pay for Assistant Managers. These guys are the reason a store is ran good or not. A store manager is a big part but the assistants make the store what it is. Up the pay and keep the good assistants around and stores will run better. -Fire certain employees for minimal errors, and let the terrible employees that never show up or are always late slide over and over. -Slower stores with dirtier cars expected to perform the same as busier stores with much cleaner and newer cars, and better facilities. A car that hasn't been washed in 6 months can't be cleaned as fast as a car that was cleaned 6 days ago. I worked at both and its a big difference. -Work conditions but that's a given when working outside. -Work 6 Days a week
