Low pay easy work poor management - Secondary W/Promises to Become Lathe Operator Autocam Medical Employee Review

Most of the work requires very little skill and their ideal to become an operator is to work secondary operations for 6mths to a year before moving into a operator position even with college education. Also only 2 shifts. Most new people work 8pm to 6am which didn't work for me
